At L4 Outdoors, we strive to ship your order quickly and efficiently.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and package size.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. L4 Outdoors is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

L4 Outdoors is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, L4 Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist you with any documentation needed.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at l4outdoorsga@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
